No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any damage or errors with your order must be reported in the first 7 days of recieving the box. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, or merchandise credit. No returns accepted after 35 days from date of purchase. Shipping charges and expedited construction fees are not refundable. All requests for returns about fitment of the subwoofer box have to included a picture of the subwoofer box placed in the vehicle.
SuperCrewSound reserves the right to not authorize return if product is not defective.Any defective product will be replaced with a non-defective product. Customized orders are not returnable/cancelable.(Example: Square cutouts) If you think your order may be custom, call us to check. Requests to return a box due to the subwoofer not fitting must include a picture of the subwoofer placed in the box, showing it does not fit. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed. All returns of non-defective products will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.If you refuse delivery, you will also be charged the shipping to have it returned. All orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Merchandise must be in "as new" condition. This includes no screw holes in boxes from mounting subwoofer. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items.
Do not tape or write anything on the item or original packaging, so Item can be restocked. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. We highly recommend isuring all return shipments as we can't refund for damaged goods even if it happened during shipping. Any refused shipments sent back to SuperCrewSound Inc. does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with SuperCrewSound Inc. for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 50% restocking fee on all products returned.
