What methods of Payment do you accept?
SuperCrewSound accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Money Orders are also accepted, but could result in a delay in the shipment of your package as it is company policy that Money order must clear our bank before the product can be shipped. How do I know the subwoofer enclosure will fit my vehicle?
All of our vehicle specific subwoofer boxes come with our “Perfect Fit” Guarantee. If it doesn’t fit we will give you a full refund and pay for return shipping. Read more here
Are items in stock?
SuperCrewSound boxes are built to order in 3-5 Business Days. Certain periods of the year can add a day or two to this build time. Call us if you have any questions on the production schedule. Brand Name Boxes (MTX) and Components (subwoofers, amplifiers, accessories) usually ship within 2-3 Business days.
Why Doesn’t SuperCrewSound stock more of their boxes?
One niche is to offer more options to the Customer in terms of color, cutout size, and mounting depth. With all of these options it would require us to inventory 30 different possible combinations for each of our several hundred enclosures.
By Building to order we can make slight modifications as needed. For example our standard hole size for 10” subs is 9 1/8” If you need 9” or 9.25” we can cut that for you right from the start
Can you ship to a P.O Box or an APO address?
Ups will not deliver to a P.O. box, we need a physical street address. We will ship to APO boxes, but there may be additional charges, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the full address for a quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Our shipping on the website is set up for the continental U.S., We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please email us at email@example.com with your postal code and we will get you a shipping quote (international duties, tariffs and local handling charges not included).
Will you send a tracking number?
Yes, when your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
Can you expedite shipping (overnight, 2 day)
The boxes are fairly large and heavy and expedited shipping will often times cost more than the box itself. We would be happy to quote it for you, but we don’t offer it as a standard option.
Do you offer Dealer Accounts?
Yes, Email us your Business Contact info and your tax ID number and we will setup a discount code you can use for ongoing orders.
