Shipping:
Please allow 1-4 working days for Subwoofers and Amplifiers to ship.  Allow 3-10 working days for enclosures. 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes - only street addresses. 

Additional charges apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada (international duties, tariffs and local handling charges not included).

You will also receive a tracking number, via e-mail when your order ships, so you can track your package.

Shipping Damage:
Although it is rare sometimes shipments arrive damaged due to poor or abusive handling by carriers. If this should happen to your package, all claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. SuperCrewSound Inc. cannot initiate any claims with the carrier on your behalf.  SuperCrewSound Inc. is NOT responsible for Lost, Damaged or Undeliverable merchandise during shipping!
