Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. In the first 14 days returns can be for replacement, or merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
SuperCrewSound reserves the right to not authorize return if product is not defective. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed. All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. All returns of non-defective products will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, minus shipping and handling.
Merchandise must be in "new" condition. This includes no screw holes in boxes from mounting subwoofer. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Do not tape or write anything on the item or package! Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit.
Any refused shipments sent back to SuperCrewSound Inc. does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with SuperCrewSound Inc. for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 30% restocking fee on all products returned without authorization.

If you have an issue with the subwoofer enclosure you purchased from us, please talk to us. 877-424-0979 or email Support@SuperCrewSound.com There are many times when there is just a simple trick or tip that will totally change the way your enclosure fits and you will be satisfied. This helps us both as we may be able to improve our design and/or work something out custom for you.Now onto the fun
- Please make sure you have read all the details on the product listing. If your vehicle requires modifications, these modifications will be listed on the product page. Our fit guarantee does not apply if you choose not to complete the stated modifications.
- Product must be returned in the exact condition you received them in (this means brand new) and packaged in an equivalent manner as delivered.
- Defective or damaged products will be handled through Customer Service under our shipping damage and return policies.
- Please do not install subwoofers until you have tested the fit of your enclosure. Enclosures with screw holes from subwoofer installation are considered “used” (as strange as that seems) and can’t be returned as “new”.
- Guarantee does not apply if your subwoofers don’t fit in the enclosure. Please check with us first if you have any questions about the fit of your subwoofers.
- Special orders excluded from the above guarantee.
- For orders to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii, shipping costs are non-refundalble and return shipping cost are the responsibility of the Customer
